Instead, focus on becoming your customer’s FAVORITE. This does a few things:

 First — it’s a more attainable goal. Because, what does it mean to be the BEST?

It’s hard to define, and it’s impossible to attain. Who’s to say that you’re actually the best?

Second (and most importantly) — it shifts the focus of your messaging and marketing off of your own business, and onto your customers and audience.
